This page says plainly what Nible stores and why.
Your email address, name, country and phone number, a hashed password if you set one, the network address you signed up and last signed in from, and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier Google gives us for your account. For every video: the prompt you typed, the options you chose, when it was made, the network address it was made from, the script and pictures produced, the finished video and its subtitle file, and what it cost us to make.
We use it to make your videos, show them back to you, enforce your plan's limits and keep the service running. Your prompts are sent to the AI providers that write the script, paint the pictures and record the voice (currently Anthropic, Together AI and Google) only to make your video. We do not sell your data and we do not use your prompts or videos to advertise.
Each finished video has its own link with a random part in it. Anyone you give that link to can watch the video. Do not share links you want to keep private.
Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; we never see your card number. We keep the Lemon Squeezy customer and subscription identifiers so your plan works.
One cookie keeps you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets its own cookies and tells us things like which country a visit came from, which page was viewed and whether someone signed up. We have turned off Google's advertising features, so this data is not used to advertise to you and is not shared for advertising. We never send Google your name, your email or your prompts.
If you prefer not to be counted, any browser setting or extension that blocks Google Analytics will stop it, and the site works exactly the same.
Ask us on the contact page, from the address on your account, and we will delete your account and its videos.
